Transducer Type - G-TRAN Series
The G-TRAN Series are vacuum gauges developed to meet the need for more centralized and compact systems by
• lowering equipment costs
• saving space, and
• reducing wiring.
G-TRAN Series models come in basic types: sensor units and display units. Units can also be combined to adapt to the desired application.

Ceramic Capacitance Manometer - CCMT-D
The CCMT-D series is a capacitance manometer, which detects static electric capacitance occurring when a barrier membrane made of ceramic (alumina) is deformed by changes in gas pressure.

Pirani Gauge - SW1-1 / SW1-2
This is a wide range pirani vaccum gauge which measures from atmospheric pressure to 5x10-2 Pa. In addition, this gauge removes control and display panels from traditional controllers, keeping the minimum necessary functions only, thus saving cost and space.

Pirani Gauge Sensor Unit - SP1
The sensor unit SP1 is an integrated pirani gauge consisting of the WP series sensor head and circuits, for the range of 3000 to 0.4 Pa.
This vacuum gauge provides cost reduction and space-saving by minimizing functions. This is accomplished by removing the display.

Multi Ionization Gauge - SH2-1 / SH2-2
ULVAC has developed and commercialized the G-TRAN Series Multi Ionization Gauge. A transducer type that can connect gauge heads with different measurement ranges. It has advantages such as wide range measurement, lower running cost and low environmental burden.

Cold Cathode Ion Gauge Sensor Unit - SC1
G-TRAN series SC1 is a magnetron type cold cathode vacuum gauge.
Since no filament is used, extended life between gauge replacement is assured. Maintenance is expected.

Pressure Switch Unit - SAU
A pressure sensor unit that is adopting a semiconductor type thin-film element. With this, it can measure near to the atmospheric pressure (Gauge pressure : -100kPa to 10kPa) with high accuracy. To be compatible for a high vacuum pressure SUS316L is adopted.
