ULVAC Grease for Vacuum Equipment - ULVOIL Z-300 / Super Z-300

ULVOIL Z Series is a high vacuum fluorocardon grease specifically developed for vacuum equipment to keep contamination of vacuum environment to the minimum.

The grease is formed by mixing flourine synthetic base oil with PTFE as a thickener. Furthermore, high quality solid lubrication agents such as low vapor pressure oil are selected for exceptional lubrication properties.

Cautions for Handling
For maximum lubrication properties, the grease should avoid contact with other substances. The following instructions should strictly be complied.
• Keep the application area clean.
• Keep the tools clean.
• Keep the grease clean.
